Fed. Circ. Will Rehear Judicial Pay Case En Banc

Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 3:56 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday said it would rehear en banc its decision to deny cost-of-living pay raises to a class of federal judges, setting the stage for a ruling on whether Congress violated the Constitution by blocking the automatic pay increases.
