Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 5:37 PM ET) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's former coordinator of the firm's Washington antitrust practice was named chief of the Federal Communications Commission's public safety and homeland security unit Monday, while the collapsing firm's former vice chairman left for Proskauer Rose LLP.
Several other rival firms also picked up partners from a wide range of practices, including bankruptcy, employment, energy, corporate, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and tax. Duane Morris LLP picked up 16 Dewey attorneys, including nine who are joining as partners, the firm said Monday.
