Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 3:37 PM ET) -- Allen & Overy LLP announced plans Thursday to launch two offices in Vietnam that will be overseen by Mayer Brown LLP managing partner Dao Nguyen, who will join the London-based firm later this year.
The opening of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices are subject to regulatory approvals, but Allen & Overy expect the process to be complete by the third quarter of 2012. Nguyen will join the firm as managing partner in Vietnam.
