Law360, New York (May 30, 2012, 3:29 PM ET) -- A fresh bid to simplify New York's byzantine court system by creating a unified, statewide trial court has received the blessing of the New York State Bar Association, which said Wednesday the move would save litigants more than $400 million per year.
