Law360, New York (May 31, 2012, 10:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. trustee in the Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP bankruptcy proceedings on Thursday named both an official creditors' committee and an official committee of former partners days after the debt-ridden firm filed for bankruptcy in one of the largest law firm collapses in U.S. history.
U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis named temporary legal staffing agency HireCounsel, transportation service Inta Boro Acres Inc. and technology leasing company Fidelity National Capital Inc. as members of the unsecured creditors committee.
