Latham Atty's No-Show At Fee Reform Meeting Irks DOJ

Law360, New York (June 04, 2012, 6:12 PM ET) -- A Latham & Watkins LLP partner and vocal critic of a U.S. Department of Justice plan to reform fees for bankruptcy attorneys was chastised by a Justice Department official on Monday for failing to attend a public meeting over the proposal, according to people in attendance.
