Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 8:12 PM ET) -- The New York State Bar Association on Thursday recommended changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure aimed at lowering what it calls burgeoning costs and delays associated with the federal judicial system.
The NYSBA said the proposed changes, which include the preservation of documents and earlier pretrial conferences, will help ease the burden on both the courts and litigants.
