Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 8:36 PM ET) -- Atlanta-based Troutman Sanders LLP is opening a third branch in China with a Beijing office led by lateral hire Allen Shyu from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's Hong Kong office, the firm said Wednesday.
The Beijing office is Troutman Sanders' third in China, in addition to its offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The firm is the only Atlanta-based firm with offices in mainland China.
