Law360, New York (July 02, 2012, 6:06 PM ET) -- Clyde & Co will open new offices in Australia for its insurance and reinsurance-based practice with half of the eight attorneys it snapped up from Australia-based firm Allens Arthur Robinson, the London-based commercial law firm said Monday.
Clyde & Co will open outposts in Sydney and Perth in October 2012 with former Allens litigation partner John Edmond heading up its Sydney outfit. That office will comprise former Allens insurance experts Dean Carrigan and Oscar Shub, the firm said.
