GCs Say Firms Should Make Alternative Fee Models The Norm

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 5:45 PM ET) -- While law firms big and small are increasingly willing to work with clients to achieve high-value alternative billing strategies such as flat fee arrangements, volume-based discounts, project-based pricing and early-resolution bonuses, general counsels said Thursday that they would like to see this approach become an industrywide standard.
