Dewey Execs Move $7M Fraud Suit, Say Firm Is Correct Target

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 9:55 PM ET) -- Three former members of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's executive committee on Thursday removed a former partner's $7 million fraud suit against them to bankruptcy court, claiming the allegations should be leveled at the firm.
