Judge Slams Samsung's Auto-Delete Email System

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 1:37 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday sanctioned Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. before its patent trial with Apple Inc., saying Samsung should have done more to preserve emails before Apple filed its suit.
