Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2012, 8:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate blocked a bid Monday to end debate over the nomination of an Oklahoma federal judge to serve on the Tenth Circuit, following Republican opposition to appointing judicial nominees in the months leading up to November's presidential election.
