DOJ Says Illegal Immigrants Can't Get Law Licenses

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 11:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday objected to an illegal immigrant’s effort to be admitted to the California State Bar as a licensed attorney and argued that U.S. law prevents illegal immigrants' licensure to practice law.
