NY Doesn't Owe State Judges $325M In Back Pay, Court Rules

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 6:10 PM ET) -- A New York state judge refused Thursday to order the state to pay more than $325 million in retroactive salary increases to New York's 1,300 trial judges who worked without raises for more than a decade.
