9 New Members Join Calif.'s Judicial Council

Law360, San Diego (September 17, 2012, 9:02 PM ET) -- California's chief justice announced that nine new members of the Judicial Council, the administrative rulemaking body of the state's trial courts, took office on Saturday.

Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye said the Judicial Council, which sees about a third of its members turn over each year, now has nine new members and three reappointments.
