Law360, Philadelphia (September 20, 2012, 7:06 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court suspended indicted Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge Robert Mulgrew without pay Wednesday, a week after he was charged for allegedly participating in a scheme to defraud a Pennsylvania economic development agency.
The per curium order handed down by the high court goes a step further than a separate order issued by the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline on Friday that suspended Judge Mulgrew from his position with pay while the government’s case unfolds.
