DA Defends Power To Bring Charges Against Pa. Justice

Law360, Philadelphia (December 19, 2012, 5:30 PM ET) -- Pennsylvania prosecutors on Wednesday fired back at claims that corruption charges against suspended state Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin were unconstitutional, arguing law enforcement clearly has the power to prosecute her for her alleged use of public resources in her political campaigns.
