Fla. Gov.'s Budget Would Ease Strain On Court System

Law360, Miami (February 01, 2013, 9:35 PM ET) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott's proposed budget, released Thursday, would allocate an additional $11 million in badly needed funding for the state's court system that should help ease its backlog and attend to some critical infrastructure issues, the courts administrator said.
