NBCUniversal Adds Ex-Obama Atty, Davis Polk Partner As GC

Law360, New York (July 16, 2013, 6:25 PM ET) -- NBCUniversal Inc. announced Tuesday that it has snagged a former deputy White House counsel and current partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP to serve as its executive vice president and general counsel in New York effective in September.

Kimberley D. Harris, who served in President Barack Obama’s White House Counsel’s Office from 2010 to 2012 as a deputy counsel and deputy assistant to the president, will succeed NBCUniversal general counsel Rick Cotton.
