Patton Boggs Floats New Partner Pay Following Departures

Law360, New York (July 22, 2013, 6:00 PM ET) -- Patton Boggs LLP partners are considering a new pay system and significant changes to firm management policies in the wake of falling profits, layoffs and dozens of recent defections, according to a published report.

In addition to compensation changes under consideration at the Washington, D.C., lobbying powerhouse are more democratic voting procedures for electing partners to the management and compensation committees, according to a report published last week by Politico.
