Troutman Sanders Cheated Client In Merger, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 8:19 PM ET) -- The sole shareholder of National Senior Care Inc. and Mariner Health Inc. hit Troutman Sanders LLP with a lawsuit in New York state court Thursday, accusing the law firm of gross malpractice and fraud by representing his companies and the other party in a merger.
