2nd Circ. Judge Lands On Spy Court's Review Panel

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 4:39 PM ET) -- Second Circuit Judge Jose A. Cabranes has been tapped to a seven-year term on a panel handling rare appeals of rulings from the secret U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a judiciary official said Tuesday.
