Private Federal Defense Lawyers To Take Pay Cuts

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 1:57 PM ET) -- A summer of fiscal pain continued for the federal judiciary Monday as the courts confirmed a plan for private federal defense lawyers to defer some pay into 2015, and take a $15 per hour emergency pay cut beginning in September.
