Fla. Attys Target Unprofessional Conduct Among Their Ranks

Another calls a judge's ruling “half baked” and sends a bottle of wine to apologize. Attorneys throughout the state have decried the decline in professional behavior, and spurred on by the Florida Supreme Court's recent ruling on attorney conduct, they are starting to do something about it.
