AT&T, Sprint Want Whistleblower's Overcharging Suit Tossed

Law360, San Francisco (September 13, 2013, 7:00 PM ET) -- AT&T Inc., Sprint Nextel Corp. and other telecommunications companies urged a California federal judge Friday to toss a whistleblower suit accusing them of overcharging the government for wiretapping services, saying the ex-New York federal prosecutor who sued them hasn't shown he has actual knowledge of any fraud.
