ITC Adds New Judge From Social Security Administration

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 5:29 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Monday that a Social Security Administration judge has joined the commission as an administrative law judge overseeing trade and intellectual property cases.

Judge Sandra Dee Lord will manage litigation and make initial determinations in ITC investigations into unfair trade practices, including allegations of patent and trademark infringement.

She previously served as an administrative law judge in the SSA's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in Falls Church, Va., and Raleigh, N.C.
