Faruqi Says Sanctions Not Warranted In Sex Harassment Row

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:18 PM ET) -- An attorney representing Faruqi & Faruqi LLP in a former associate's sexual harassment suit urged a New York federal court on Wednesday to rebuff the plaintiff's bid for sanctions over the firm's filing of counterclaims against her, which the firm is withdrawing.
