Quinn Emanuel Says Fed. Ruling Bars NY Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 6:31 PM ET) -- A former Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP attorney can't bring retaliation claims against the firm, its attorney told a New York state appeals court panel Thursday, arguing that nonfederal claims are prohibited by factual findings a federal judge made when evaluating claims brought under federal law.
