Obama Picks Paul Weiss Atty To Lead Homeland Security

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 6:23 PM ET) -- A Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP partner who served as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Defense will be tapped to become the next secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, according to a Thursday news report.
