Cuomo Deals Blow To Judicial Retirement Age Hike Effort

Law360, New York (October 18, 2013, 4:13 PM ET) -- New York's court system said Friday that instances where aging judges take a salary while also receiving a pension are very rare but now would be banned, after Gov. Andrew Cuomo took a shot at "double-dipping" in the judiciary as a reason why voters should reject a proposal to raise the judicial retirement age.
