BigLaw Shores Up Leave Policies To Retain Talent

Law360, New York (October 30, 2013, 7:57 PM ET) -- Despite the financial constraints of the post-financial crisis years, large U.S. firms have made efforts to expand maternity and other leave policies as the drive to recruit and retain talent counteracts the desire to keep profitable lawyers at their desks.
