Greenberg Traurig Can't Duck Epstein Atty's Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 7:34 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP must face allegations it screwed up an arbitration over the value of an Epstein Becker Green attorney's former law firm, a New York state judge ruled Tuesday, finding that it wasn't yet clear what caused the attorney's arbitration loss.
