Prosecutors Say Budget Woes Imperil NY Criminal Recoveries

Law360, New York (December 02, 2013, 3:37 PM ET) -- A top New York federal prosecutor warned Monday that her district's outsized $902 million criminal recovery haul from 2013 — from fraud cases and other matters — will be put in jeopardy next year if Congress doesn't find a way to help courts and law enforcement pay for personnel.
