Dewey Trustee Hits Firm's Ex-Director, CFO With $37M Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 7:09 PM ET) -- The liquidating trustee for Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP on Wednesday slammed two of the defunct firm’s former top executives with a lawsuit seeking a combined $37.2 million in judgments based on allegations that they received outlandish payments while the firm was insolvent.
