Two NJ Judges Elevated To State Appellate Division

Law360, New York (December 06, 2013, 7:25 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division will gain two judges later this month, according to the state Supreme Court’s Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, who announced a pair of elevations on Thursday.

According to Chief Justice Rabner’s statement, Judges Amy O’Connor and Garry S. Rothstadt will be elevated to the Appellate Division effective Dec. 16. Judge O’Connor will shift from her civil and family court duties in Warren County and Judge Rothstadt will transition from his role as a Passaic County civil judge.
