Pa. Senate OKs Judge Jenkins For Superior Court Vacancy

Law360, Philadelphia (December 10, 2013, 5:47 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Senate on Tuesday afternoon unanimously confirmed Gov. Tom Corbett’s nomination of Judge Patricia Jenkins, who has spent the last 20 years on the bench of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, to fill an open seat on the state’s Superior Court.
