NJ Committee To Advance Law Firm Trade Name Changes

Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 5:35 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court is pushing ahead with the formation of a committee to help implement new standards allowing law firms in the state to use trade names, according to a notice posted Tuesday.
