Fla. Supreme Court Says State Needs 46 More Judges

Law360, Miami (December 19, 2013, 6:38 PM ET) -- The Florida Supreme Court called upon the state Legislature to provide funding for 46 additional judges in the state court system in the 2014-15 fiscal year, saying judges are facing heavy workloads, long waits to schedule hearings and limits to how much time they can devote to hearings.
