Survey Uncovers Female Trouble At Large Firms

Law360, New York (July 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Despite the lip service law firms pay to diversity, our peek behind the walls of the largest U.S. firms shows female attorneys are more unhappy with their jobs — and more likely to jump ship — than their male counterparts.

Of the women who took part in Law360's Job Satisfaction Survey, 39.1% said they were very satisfied with their jobs, compared to 51.1% of men.
