Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The 161-year-old Connecticut law firm Tyler Cooper & Alcorn LLP will reportedly close its doors soon after losing the majority of its 50 attorneys to two other firms looking to open shop in the state, Hinckley Allen & Snyder LLP and LeClairRyan.
Tyler Cooper, which has three offices in Connecticut and one in New York, is expected to shut down, The Hartford Courant reported Wednesday.
