Law360, New York (October 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The ranks of America's 100 largest law firms will soon welcome a new member with the planned January merger of two Kansas City, Mo.-based firms, Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC and Shughart Thomson & Kilroy PC.
The firms announced the merger Thursday, following a vote by shareholders of each firm, and it will be finalized in January.
The two firms first announced in July that they were considering a merger.
