Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In the latest pickup to follow the dissolution of Heller Ehrman LLP, McDermott Will & Emery announced Monday it would move its Silicon Valley branch into Heller's former office space in Menlo Park, Calif.
McDermott signed a 10-year lease for the 80,000 square-foot office that Heller had occupied until dissolving in late September. McDermott had initially maintained its Silicon Valley office in Menlo Park when it opened the branch in September 1997, but then moved to its current location in Palo Alto in early 2002....
