Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Frost Brown Todd LLC is combining with Locke Reynolds LLP, one of the largest firms based in Indiana, to create a firm of more than 450 attorneys across five states.
Locke Reynolds, which has 85 attorneys in its Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Ind., offices, said Thursday it will merge with the larger firm. The combination of the two firms, which will operate under the name Frost Brown Todd, will go into effect Jan. 5 and is expected to bring in revenue of more than $175 million...
