Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Proskauer Rose LLP reportedly announced Thursday that it was laying off 35 associates and about 25 administrative staff members across its offices, becoming the latest of many law firms to cut staff in the face of the economic downturn.
The laid-off employees will receive severance pay, health benefits, their 2008 bonuses and outplacement counseling, according to a Proskauer memo distributed by AmLaw Daily.
