McKenna Long Slashes Pay For New Associates

Law360, New York (April 14, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP has opted to cut starting associates' salaries by $20,000, joining a handful of firms that have begun reducing salaries in an effort to stay economically viable in the current market.

McKenna Long made the pay cut announcement Tuesday, a move that the international firm claimed was necessary to continue meeting client needs in the midst of the recession.
