Law360, New York (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- As it girds itself for trial in a $10 million patent law malpractice suit against Greenberg Traurig LLP, a New York-based company formed by surgeons has filed a motion in limine to keep the jury from hearing a slew of evidence.
