Lawmakers Seek Info On Medtronic Adviser Probe

Law360, New York (July 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Senate's Committee on Armed Services reportedly wants the U.S. Army to turn over information garnered during its probe of former Army surgeon Timothy R. Kuklo, a consultant for medical device maker Medtronic Inc. who headed up an allegedly bogus study of the company's InFuse bone growth product.

Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Ben Nelson, D-Neb., have sent a letter to Army Secretary Pete Geren requesting that the Army provide the results of all investigations" into Kuklo, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
