Elan Subpoenaed By SEC Over Drug Disclosures

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 5:52 PM ET) -- Irish pharmaceutical company Elan Corp. said Tuesday it had received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requesting details on company disclosures about multiple sclerosis drug Tysabri and an Alzheimer's drug still in development.
