Medical Supplier Settles J&J OneTouch Counterfeit Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 7:58 PM ET) -- Another defendant has settled with Johnson & Johnson in a sprawling trademark case accusing more than 100 companies and individuals of participating in a scheme to sell counterfeit boxes of J&J's LifeScan OneTouch blood glucose test strips.

Judge Sandra Townes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Friday signed off on the agreement between J&J and Sterling Distributors, a Coral Springs, Fla.-based diabetic supplies company.
